Hezbollah fired 75 rockets into Northern Israel with no reported injuries.
The rockets were retaliation for Israel’s targeting a weapons depot and killing a Hezbollah commander on Monday.
The operative killed on Monday in Deir Qanoun, near Tyre, was named Hussein Suleiman and was in charge of Hezbollah’s rocket and missile unit.
Also on Tuesday, Israel eliminated a rocket launcher in the Southern Lebanon town of Beit Lif, which had been used to attack Israel.
Fighter jets also hit a building used by Hezbollah in Ayta ash-Shab.
