Hostage Families Bring Protest from Tel Aviv to Gaza Border
The Hostages Families Forum led a vehicle convoy from Hostage Square in Tel Aviv to the Gaza border on Wednesday, advocating for a deal to secure the release of their relatives held by Hamas. The group plans to use loudspeakers mounted on a crane to call out to their loved ones early Thursday morning.
In a statement, the Forum expressed concern that the chance to bring everyone back was diminishing with each day. The convoy was expected to reach the Kibbutz Be’eri amphitheater at 5:30 p.m. It included trailers carrying cars damaged during the October 7 Hamas attack, in which around 1,200 people were killed and 251 were taken hostage.
