The High Court says it has given the minister a “substantial amount of time” for “a broad agreement” concerning a new president, and if steps aren’t taken, “there is no escape” from the court forming a committee to ensure it is done.
Although the ruling isn’t yet binding, the justices said it could become final in September “if such a is necessary.”
