French police have detained a 15-year old for threats against Israel’s President Isaac Herzog who is attending the opening ceremonies of the Paris Olympics, as reported by Le Parisien.
The 15-year-old, who lives in Ivry-sur-Seine, confessed to threats against Israel’s President.
French authorities became aware of the threat when it was reported on Pharos a government website for reporting illegal activity.
The threat was investigated by France’s anti-terrorism unit.
