Argentinian President Javier Milei was spotted at a Chabad event in Buenos Aires.
Lubavitch, also known as Chabad, is an orthodox Jewish movement that stresses outreach and spirituality.
The event was held at the Chabad of Buenos Aires director-general, Rabbi Tzvi Grunblatt, to mark the 30th year since the passing of Menachem Mendel Schneersohn, who, although deceased, is still regarded as the figurehead of the Chabad movement.
Milei, who is staunchly pro-Israel and, although not Jewish, learns Talmud with a Chabad rabbi, requested to be seated at the back to avoid the spotlight.
The event included the reading of Psalms for the hostages, the IDF, and the Jews of Argentina.
Rabbi Moshe New, a Chabad emissary from Montreal, delivered the main address.
Milei is a staunch supporter of Israel and visited the kibbutzim that were devastated by Hamas on October 7th.
He has also insisted that he will move the Argentinian embassy to Jerusalem.
