A recent poll shows 80% of American Jews identify as either “Zionist” or “slightly Zionist” and the same percentage opposes holding up arms shipments to Israel.
The results were from The Jewish Voice Index survey, conducted by the Jewish People Policy Institute (JPPI) in early June 2024.
Around 80% of US Jews said American and Israeli Jews share a common destiny, 60% said they intended on visiting Israel and 54% of affiliated Jews said they increased participation in their Jewish community since October 7th.
The survey was conducted with 634 American Jews registered in JPPI’s Jewish Voice panel.
